UIPE:
UIPE is headed by the President
assisted by three vice presidents and a council.
The Secretariat is the
administrative body which runs the day to day activities of
UIPE. It reports to the council.
The Secretariat is located at Management Support Building, at Public Works Training Center, Kyambogo, Ministry of Works and Transport.
